Free Moving Truck: We offer all of our clients a free moving truck: you pick the time and the size of the truck, you bring your own muscle. If you don't wish to use this service, we will write you a check for $150!
Scheduling Showings: Some realtors require the Seller to arrange their own showings, but we believe that's our job. We will take care of appointment coordination, access to your home the way you feel most comfortable, and feedback.
Regular Feedback From Showings: We know how important it is for you to find out the result of each and every showing, which is why you'll receive feedback after each one. All the feedback from each showing is posted on our client website and you are notified by email as soon as new feedback is posted.
